Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations, contributions, or voluntary payments made to Kisaan Bandhan Foundation are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded

Nature of Donation

Donations are made voluntarily to support:

• Farmer welfare programs
• Agriculture-based initiatives
• Social and developmental activities of the Foundation

Donations are not treated as a purchase of goods or services.

No Cancellation After Donation

• No cancellation requests will be accepted after successful donation
• No refunds will be issued due to change of mind or personal reasons

Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of technical error or duplicate payment, the Foundation may review the issue internally. Any decision taken will be final and binding.

Policy Changes

Kisaan Bandhan Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication.
